All Icon Railing systems are fabricated from premium aluminum alloys and finished in a factory-applied powder coating compliant with AAMA 2604 standards. This finish provides excellent resistance to fading, corrosion, and environmental wear, making our railings ideal for exterior balconies, stair systems, and elevated decks in demanding climates.
We take a manufacturing-first approach. By controlling extrusion profiles, fabrication tolerances, and finishing processes, we deliver railing systems that install efficiently, maintain dimensional consistency across large projects, and perform reliably over their service life. We utilize fiber laser cutting technology to achieve high-accuracy cuts, tight tolerances, and consistent part geometry. This allows us to support complex profiles, clean edge conditions, and efficient downstream assembly while maintaining dimensional consistency across production runs.
